Shares have never been my forte though. I just don't feel as confident.

Property? Too easy and I love it. It's what my family have always been into so that has helped me heaps. I can talk property 24/7 if you like lol

I know I need to develop my confidence in share investment though .. so as to spread risk/hedge bets etc. It's hard to find and trust a decent mentor in this area damn it!

It also depends on WHERE you've bought. Here in Sydney .. decent property is still selling quite well. There's not much in the way of bargains I'm afraid.

You don't need a mentor. You need a financial advisor, unless you have the time and inclination to research a swathe of different companies

Property thrills me 24/7 even though it is a set and forget investment option. I guess it's because I never really forget. If anything I keep thinking about what I can do with what I've got lol.

Houses are like people (in particular men) to me .. you take them on board because you love them and want to change and develop and improve them to the point where you bring out all their potential lol!

Shares? Ok let me study those and I'll tell you what I feel they're telling me.
