The man believed to be coronavirus patient zero in Italy is a Pakistani migrant refused to self-isolate after testing positive for the virus and continued to deliver food.
Health authorities asked the man to quarantine himself at his home in the Pavia area for two weeks, but he ignored the request and continued to work at a Chinese restaurant.
He then compounded the risk of spreading the virus by making home deliveries of Chinese food.
Authorities were alerted to the situation and the military intervened to return the man to his home.
People just can't be trusted. I think everyone who is told to self isolate should be fitted with an ankle bracelet together with dire consequences if they leave home.

The Italian government released their latest numbers on the coronavirus update on Saturday.
There were 1,247 new cases of the deadly disease reported in Italy on Saturday.
The Italian government also released the percentage of deaths by age group.
90+ years old: 6% of deaths
80 – 89 years old: 42% of deaths
70 – 79 years old: 35% of deaths
60 – 69 years old: 16% of deaths

If someone tests positive for the virus and refuses to self isolate I would be inclined to think
that's just about worthy of a reckless endangerment charge....
Then he can self isolate in solitary confinement....

The video, posted to Twitter by Adam Clark, shows chaos in the Costco in Farnborough, Surrey as people scramble to shove toilet roll into packed trolleys.
Other scary photos show empty shelves at an Asda in Clapham, London as hand sanitiser and toilet roll have sold out.
Sales of hand sanitiser jumped 225 per cent in February over fears of the outbreak.
