Christ, these guys cannot be rehabilitated IMO with over 90% of them reoffending. What do you get, a certificate. However it is a crime that they cannot get the rehab training they need to give them even half a chance and what's worse is their are little kids at risk because the system doesn't work.

F..k.... If we cannot sort them out then they should have life sentences or remain until the system has capacity to deal with them. protecting society should be the priority.

Paedophile Rolf Harris could leave prison without completing his sex offender rehabilitation course.
The shamed entertainer, 86, was jailed in 2014 for five years and nine months for indecent assaults on four girls, one aged just seven.
But he is not getting rehab because not enough classes are put on in Stafford prison, where he is being held.
Prison inspectors found that the course was only offered to prisoners who had six months left to serve.

Only 18 out of 104 eligible inmates were on the rehab programme – and 25 left last year without completing it.

An NSPCC spokesman said: “Stafford is a national sex offender hub. Treatment should be available to every inmate who needs it.
“Simply locking up offenders will not protect children from abuse.”

Jails/Gaols are now called Correction Centres. Prisoners are "inmates". Mates? Criminals actually (of various degrees).
