Well I have to go and do some shopping and I hope all these women aren't dragging 3-4 kids around with them like last weekend.

Qld Show Day moved from 2nd August to 16th August...
I bet all other show days scheduled for 9th August will be moved....
Thats why there was a 3 day lockdown announced today...
Cant have everyone going to the show on monday and mingling with each other...
After all...Qld had 6 cases...
Definitely qualifies for a lockdown...

was dry coughing over everything without a mask -
she even coughed over a supermarket employee without a mask and
nothing was done about it when I spoke to that employee.
We can't win this fight with idiots like that around us.

Today SAGE (Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies) in the UK
announced a long list of covid variants including a new winter variant capable of killing
1 in 3 people unless people get the booster...
This is just tyranny....
Meanwhile Google and GCHQ (Government Communication Headquarters)
have been exclusive access to the entire IT systems in the NHS (National Health Service)
Seems to be getting somewhat covert in the UK methinks....

Everything is normal in Canberra (for the "real" population) but I think at one stage the local government told us that only ONE person could go shopping at the Supermarket. No taking the family, etc. I hate grocery shopping and why anybody would want to make it an "outing for the whole family" I cannot comprehend.

I think there's only supposed to be one person at a time per household that's allowed to shop here as well. Today seemed to be grandparent and grandchild day. At least the grandparents keep the kids close and in line. Unlike many parents.Neferti~ wrote: ↑Sat Jul 31, 2021 7:21 pmReally? Often kids will take notice of their Grandparents, rather than their parents.Black Orchid wrote: ↑Sat Jul 31, 2021 8:22 pmI think there's only supposed to be one person at a time per household that's allowed to shop here as well. The Premier said she wanted as many people to come forward for a vaccination as possible.
