As a matter of excitement, Mattus, are you in Canberra? I'm here and find Australian politics extremely boring at the moment. American politics extremely stupid and costly and British politics a huge yawn. Canberra to all who never visit is "boring" but to someone who has lived here for a long time it is now "home" and we do NOT want Bogans from Sydney invading here to buy "cheap homes" at $450,000 for 3 bedroom place in Higgins.
I lived in Sydney and Melbourne and although I loathe the small town feel of Canberra, I am too settled here now to up roots and move elsewhere, like Queensland ........... too hot and humid up that way and I actually like 4 Seasons and sitting in a room with a fire going in Winter.
PS Oh, and not having pythons sunning themselves on my balcony like my friend on the Gold Coast did.
