Considering that farmers stand to financially gain, if and when agriculture is included in the scheme/regime, by using their crops to extract CO2 from the atmosphere and store in soil, then yes Tony Windsor will be rather popular in rural areas.
Especially with the cane cockies, because sugar cane is an excellent CO2 sequester.
