Remember that female security guard who was moving money and some guy hit her across the head with a crow-bar and she 'reflex' shot him dead?
Well she got charged for that.
I've had a guy at Liverpool train station near go me with a machete one late night. Just moments before I saw a Security Guard race down the stairs on the other platform and lock himself in the Station Masters Room, before the Machete guy came down onto my platform to confront me. I think he knew that if he tried a swipe at me, I would be under his swing and snapping his neck - so he just swore in frustration, jumped the tracks and went for the Security Guard in the Master's room. Being top-heavy, he lost his grip on the machete as he was smashing the door windows in to open the door - he then ran off and was caught by police 5 mins later. The cops looked at me from the Masters Room platform, but I gave no response - just another day in the office for me sometimes.
At the most, the Security Guards there would have been ringing the cops. If it was just one Security Guard - well, its hard to tell what that one Guard would have or could have done? Most Guards are there for lesser things like shoplifters, vagrancies and minor disturbances... not stuff like this.
