If tgere is no room in the gaols.
The solution is quite simple

Work out the worst offenders and

PUT THEM DOWN

Keep putting the down, from worst to least, until the gaols are back at a workable capacity.

They deserve none of our concern
They do not have any concern for their victims

In time, people will realise that committing a crime, may end up being terminal.

It woukd certainly thin out the abbos, muzzos, Somalis and kiwis pretty quick.
