Your body will soon tell you if it doesn't like it.

:Hi
yes.
It is surprising how some people ignore what their body is telling them at times

thats fine...

it all boils down to variety...

I rotate between porridge one morning and 2 eggs/tomato and one pice of dry wholemeal toast with sesame seeds the next morning ...

if its egg day on the weekend me and the mrs will go to Macca's and get a bacon and egg mcMuffin... its only one egg and a small piece of bacon...

always try and have one piece of fruit mid morning and afternoon/evening

I always keep banana's, apples (Royal Galar) and grapes around...

Muslie bar (most) are loaded with sugar...

I did the lite N easy diet for 12 months and I ate like a king... its all proportions and rotations..

I was only having a black cup of tea for breakfast before that but now that I have added breakfast back into my diet the weight is staying off...

and thats what I had while doing liteNeasy.. eggs and tomato on toast, porridge and heaps of other different stuff I can't remember now...

its taught me how to eat again and im eating well..

Egg day lol. That just sounded funny

I think everything is ok in moderation but weighing much more on the protein side than the carb side.

If you want to lose weight fast load up on protein.

check out this 1800 calorie diet menu.

https://www.liteneasy.com.au/healthy/li ... 202018.pdf

I can't recall if I was on the 1500 or 1800 now..

I may have started on the 1800 but it was too much so I dropped back to the 1500

How much does it cost though?

It's way more than I would normally eat but I don't need to lose weight either. I would gain weight with all that lol
