He was belittling the woman, and making light of what are serious accusations. He was effectively calling her a liar, and defamed her. Will she sue? No way, as that (a) diverts attention from what she is alleging, and (b) allows Law further opportunity to attract free publicity, and to demean her some more.

An alternative view could be that he was asking her questions to allow her to make the point clear that she was in no way responsible for what happened to her. Unfortunately in a rather tactless way, that was open to misinterpretation.
It is a confronting topic, where it is hard to know what to say, when it's sprung on you, especially for an old man. Doubt he'll be on air much longer anyway.

I don't think it was that bad. The woman would have spoken to people about it before. He was just direct with his questions.
