To get a vote, i.e. to be franchised, you will need to meet set criteria.....and all the details of that is yet to be debated.

Everyone will see it after I have consulted with the Forum. I promised to do that, and I will. Yes, that 'Admin' thing is to be debated, but I do not accept the validity that only Admin may have driven off Members, unless s/he has banned them. Members may have left, for example only, because of you, Monk. They may have left, for example only, that I appointed Annie as Mod.

I remain of the view that franchise ought to extend to people who meet criteria, the details of which you have not yet given me your thoughts on.
