The Democrats have been conducting a coup since election night 2016. That's what the Russia hoax, impeachment, and everything else on the media/Democrat agenda has been about. We have voting laws for a reason. Are you suggesting that we should ignore them for the Democrats because Fox News called the election for Biden? I don't remember the media being involved in the election process in my Constitution. Maybe you can point it out for me.
Tex...
Correct me if Im wrong....
If Trump does not concede, does the vote then go to the House of Representatives...
(12th Amendment....)
The House has a Republican majority....
My understanding is that all Trump has to do is refuse to concede...
AND the majority in the House ensures he remains President.....
A coup d'etat no less!

What I feel has happened is a lot of young progressives/socialists have been doing in the postal ballot is collecting their extended families postal ballots and filling them out on their behalf,
Then there will be evidence of that P
Dont get me wrong Nom ,im not implying that this is a wide spread problem , but given the hate directed at Trump , im sure there is a bit of it happening out there, there has certainly been an increase in postal votes in this election and a higher turn out, and if they find evidence of it. you will see both sides of the political divide engaging in it at the next election, postal voting she be the domain of the incapacitated and offshore citizenry

And winning the general election does not give you an automatic right to be president, the various states vote for their preference which rubber stamps the result ?

We have had 2 candidates refuse to concede the election in our history, in 1800 and 1824. If after the electoral college cannot reach a definite decision, the decision goes to Congress. I need to read up on this. This is covered in the 12th Amendment of our Constitution. Our language has changed and I need to reread it more carefully. I believe it comes down to each state getting 1 vote to choose the president in the House and the Senate chooses the vice president. It could really be a screwed up situation, but 37 states are Republican controlled, so Trump has an extreme advantage over Biden here.

That is bullshit I think , it would only be applied if it was a draw by some fluke is the way I read it.
Trump playing like a child would ultimately have him removed forcefully if Biden is declared the winner!

Regarding the President, that would only be the case if it was a draw in college votes each received as I read it, not someone dummy spitting!
Anyway the final count will determine that.

If the colleges dont give Biden their vote, And the are not legally bound to do so, he will not be the President , A highly unlikely scenario I will admit
