I got down to as little as 94kg. But I regained 20kg over time. When I was 130kg, I would have been happy to be under 100kg. Miss Alabama should be thinking about her health.

I was umming and ahhing about going for a walk tonight. I decided to go after the movie tonight. I just weighed myself. 105kg. Down a kilogram from last week, and consideration for the lack of heavy clothing I am wearing. Still another 20kg to lose.

Cut down to one small meal per day and eat and apple
or an orange if you feel hungry in between.

No. I just have to continue the sobriety. And I have to cut down on the amount of sugar I consume. That is the real trick.
