The biggest problem as I understand it is that people challenge because they feel they shouldn't have been left out. They'll argue that the deceased was coerced by a partner or sibling etc. By leaving them something, you eliminate that excuse and the ability to challenge.

Very few "voted" for SSM, in fact if there was a vote, it would never have gotten through.

But the grubberment wanted it, for several reasons, and they pulled a swiftie on us.

The " unrecorded vote" was illegal and obviously deliberately adjusted to get the result they wanted.

By stating the "facts" they published they both convinced the normal humans that they had been outvoted and placated the tantrum throwing gays.
