Its an ironic comparison isnt it....
On the one hand we have Cathy Freeman, a retired indigenous athlete would could run a bit, but
did nothing else, spruiking about Australia Day and how indigenous Australians are/have been treated....
You know..... the usual bullshit that "they" churn out each and every year.....
AND on the other hand, we have Margaret Court, who won 27 majors and became a Pentecostal minister of religion
being pilloried by all and sundry because of her beliefs.....
Isnt it all a bit contradictory.....
Freeman spruiks her crap and nothing is said....
YET Court says nothing, gets an award, and is shitcanned....
Meanwhile our PM SloMo, who is a devout Pentecostal, babbles like a sick child
about the meaning of Australia Day, but says nothing in defence or otherwise of Court.
He simply defaults to the position of saying that the awards are given by other people.
SloMo probably deserves the criticism for his Australia Day whining, but he should get off the
fence when it comes to Court.......
In other words, demonstrate some intellect......
AND perhaps consider stopping his condescending smirking like an arrogant turd every time a journo

Perhaps if SloMo shares the same religion as Court...wouldnt he have the same beliefs...

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews says he’s appalled the tennis legend will on Tuesday be made a Companion of the Order of Australia.
Why Court, winner of 24 grand slam singles titles, is getting our highest honour is yet to be announced.
But Andrews said she didn’t deserve it due to “hateful” opinions about gays and transsexuals that “cost lives”.
So says a Premier who cost 800 lives by bungling quarantine. But you’re judged today by what you say, not do.
Hypocrites rule. Twitter activists called her “parasitic”, “trash”, “bitch” and “pig”.
Journalists piled on, several falsely claiming Court called transgender children “the work of the devil”. Court, now a Pentecostal minister, instead criticised radical preaching in schools of “gender fluidity”.
True, Court wrongly claims homosexuality is a choice, but should that disqualify her?

See, the church she founded in Perth helps 4000 families a fortnight with food parcels and, unlike her cancel culture critics, Court does not exclude people with “wrong” opinions.
Gay or transgender, her charity will help you, and that practical good makes Court worth a hundred of her haters.
