SO the gutless WA Court has sent this case to the High Court......
How absolutely gutless is this.....
Lets send it to the HC so we dont have to make a decision....
Maybe Palmer will die before a decision is handed down....
Presumably that's what they're thinking....
Cant make a decision on borders which would throw open the borders....
The WA Court could have opened the borders today....
TODAY.....
BUT instead they send it to the HC......
Gutless....absolutely gutless........
