Apparently the Australian version is the same as the American one. Don't know who copied who though. :nah

it isnt entertaining or practical.....

Two of the 'Captains' were absolutely hopeless. Abbey had no clue and just chopped up a few orange segments so the rest of her team didn't have a chance.

Then Walleed, in the other hopeless team, couldn't even remember that pistachios were the star ingredient. He's supposed to be a market analyst? He seems really really SLOW to me.

I gather that is the same sort of thing they have on the British Masterchef ... I agree it is stupid. :mad

the relay doesnt make sense to anyone....the pressure test wasnt that great either....chicken and two veg...pretty uninspiring...the chicken did look delish though might have to give that a try...I usually put a cut up lemon in the cavity..it doesnt do a bad job...ages since I used tarragon...can you still buy it fresh?..

it wasnt a fair playing field was it?....and to put them in groups that have never worked together before didnt make it good telly...

Abbey got out cooking utensils without knowing what they were going to make....lol

I don't mind the relay it teaches them how to think ahead and the Captain to supposedly lead. Some of them were just numpties though.

Walleed just looks like the lights are on and no-one is home and Abbey just isn't a leader.

I worry about the waste of all the fish they dont use......

I cant afford fresh fish..

.but a whole barra and all they serve up is a two inch slice....is a huge worry to me..
