dear lord...
I just ate two pieces of toast.. one dry with jam and the other, dry, with Vegemite and Cheese...
and a cup of tea...
I feel sick now... oh why oh why did I break the 7 o'clock rules...

All I've consumed since 5pm last night is a cup of tea and glass of water.
Back to back appointments for me today, sitting and waiting for my 3rd appointment this morning now. I expect to wait for at least an hour.
Forgot my book.
Not feeling hungry yet, chewing gum.

wow, that is headed towards a fast.
They are really good.
Interesting thing is, you have not eaten for 19 hours , and are still alive
I have been doing the delayed brekky for 4 consecutive days now. Feel as though I am 'running cleaner'.
Hunger pangs I take as being a normal healthy thing.
At times, regularly and often, you should get hunger pangs, your stomach should be empty

I'm actually a fan of fasts.
It's ok to be busy and skip meals, so long as you're getting what you need nutritionally by the end of the day. Hey everyone is different, whatever works for you.
I take a womans multi vitamin each morning.
Stops me passing out.
Jokes.
