It is heading the same way as the previous time Aussie was Admin, so not wasting anymore time here.
I do hope you feel better after a good night's sleep, Monk.

Cheers as always.

You can not be trusted to write a Constitution Aussie. Your evasive replies have made clear you wish to write a Constitution that would entrench you in office.

This is moral turpitude and consequently I have written a Petition to remove you from the Admin position so someone trustworthy can be elected to write a Constitution that entrenches members’ rights against those of a recalcitrant, morally lax Admin.

That's good, Monk. By the way, do you recall my signalling that once I get the Constitution in place, I'll likely resign as Admin?

You also gave an undertaking re time to edit a post and broke that easily enough.

You are not to be trusted.

Would be good if you resigned.

I ask once again:

1. How does your Constitution handle a case like your last, disastrous stint as Admin: members driven off, members banned, Admin tells people to shove it.

2. How would such a situation be handled in your Constitution?

Last time hole and corner techniques were used: kiwi_dave invited over, its first post was it signing the old Petition, Senexx also probably invited, Sappho unbanned tho had defied a ban and returned, me left banned and you too fucking stupid to see you needed me and should unban me. That crap shouldn’t have to happen again. We got boxy for another 12 months of boredom.

In my view with members driven off/banned the few members left should have the recourse to have the Host boot the non-performing Admin and unban those he had banned and hold a fresh election—a simple majority in a Petition on OzPol would be the mechanism. Members banned by the Admin to be able to have their vote counted in the Petition.

3. You have also not answered my remark about the ban powers of Admins to be reduced or at least codified. You banning me while I was suspended was the act of a snake in the grass.

What say you Aussie.

After I've looked around the rest of the Board, I'll reply to some of that.
