US officials are claiming to be surprised over Gadhafis personal $30 billion hoard... when insiders believe no less than $100 billion in gold alone as been seized by US and UNESCO forces.

Obama has made a fatal error...he didn't seek permission from congress to invade Libya.

He's in strife.... The China-Iran-Russia axis SCO are strategically aligned, this and share a common interest in Libya... this and are pissed off with the US.

We are probably best distancing ourselves more than being seen as US 'besties' ... they in their day were a powerful force not to be reckoned with...but with the rise of the above axis of biological, chemical and nuclear evil.... heres what I think will happen...

Kyrgyzstan's parliament ratified an agreement on training of anti-terrorist forces of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at its plenary session on Friday.

According to the head of the State Committee of National Security Keneshbek Dushebaev, the document will improve the quality of training system called to fight terrorism. 'The agreement has been already ratified by Russia, Kazakhstan and China. Uzbek and Tajik authorities conduct internal procedures,' he added

SDPK faction member Kursan Asanov noted the need to relocate the anti-terrorist center to the south. Another MP called on the head of GKNB to consider the proposal. Keneshbek Dushebaev replied 'he is considering the question of opening a branch of the center in the south'.

Tursunbai Bakir uulu noted 'we can not leave such paragraphs in the document that allow foreigners use weapons. 'We all remember such examples. Let's take the air base at Manas: nobody knows what is imported or exported from the country,' he added.

Kamila Talieva, Ar-Namys faction member, noted that the agreement is written only on Russian and English languages. 'Where is the Kyrgyz version? Is it so difficult to translate 25- articles of the agreement on the state language? I propose first to translate the agreement into Kyrgyz, and only then consider it,' she added. The Speaker of Parliament said 'we can not amend the document'. "It was signed in English and Russian languages, so we must ratify it,' he said.
