Voting should be restricted to those members who were here prior to the election being announced to stop dummy votes, and people registering handles with VPN's in order to vote for themselves.

Also, I don't agree with Boxys postal-vote method, being an advocate of transparency myself.

The vote should be public, and only include members who where here before the election was announced at the risk of doing what Labor does, which is import immigrants and stuff them in key-electorates in certain states in order to win seats and elections.
