With real vaccines I totally agree but the Covid jab is not a true vaccine. It only claims to reduce your symptoms. It does not stop you from getting the virus nor does it stop you from spreading the virus so it's a personal choice and one which people should be shown all sides to, pros and cons, before they make that choice.Super Nova wrote: ↑Wed Jun 16, 2021 4:31 pmEric is old, ex-junkie, druggy and recovered alcoholic. No surprise he had a reaction. He would have had a worse outcome if he contracted Covid directly I bet.
Anti-Vaxxers are just stupid.
They don't even know how long the jab will last. Would people be lining up to get Small Pox, Diptheria, Polio, Tetanus, Rubella, Measles, Mumps, Whooping Cough vaccines perhaps every few months under the same circumstances? I somehow doubt that. Those are true vaccines. This one is not.
The government would go a long way towards public acceptance, and more importantly confidence, of/in this jab if Australia had a VICS scheme in line with the rest of the civilised world.
So save the righteous indignation. If you get the jab and I don't and you get Covid and give it to me there is no definitive proof that your symptoms would be any less than mine.
