Guys I know a bit about stress...
Simple definition of stress is:
a) Doing something you really don't want to do
b) Doing something in a time frame which isn't long enough...
In addition.....how to break a habit...(such as watching the covid 19 virus news too much)
To break a habit, you have to create another habit to replace it....
I don't know much about you, and Im no expert on these things...Ive just put a few
things together over the years....
If you can create a habit that takes up a lot of your time...whatever that may be...you
will find yourself watching less stuff on the box.....
I told my kids years ago when they were growing up..."the desire to do something easy
weakens the desire to do something hard..."
Watching the box is easy...find something "harder" to do...…
