Interesting to read on a link which is nine hours old that Woolworths did actually put a limit on toilet paper...
Don't know how "honest" the information is...
But it does prove the point that a limit was/is necessary...
I wonder if they place limits on face masks and hand lotions....
I also wonder if they will put a limit on media whore created hysteria....
Maybe also put a limit on Scumo's appeasement of universities and China in general....
But I digress...…..
I linked to that this morning. You can only buy 4 packets which includes 4 packs of 20. So effectively you can still buy 80 rolls. The Chinese are going in and out in and out in and out with their trolleys full. Some people are trying to sell it at $5 per roll. Shades of the baby formula BS.
Maybe ScoMo did initiate it because he said this morning that toilet paper manufacturers are now working overtime to keep up supplies and he also said that most of our masks are stockpiled and are generally made in China but he is now having them made in Australia.
He's not my favourite person but c'mon be reasonable. I won't be happy until he addresses the Chinese student population but he is getting huge pushback on that from the Unis AND it's a bit late now because most are already here.

I can't get:
dunny paper
had lotion sanitizer,
face masks
and many other products -
the supermarket shelves are bare.
The fact is that there was always enough for everyone -
it's just arse hole hoarders who have bought it all up.
I saw on ABC TV tonight - people with supermarket trolleys piled 2 meters high with dunny rolls.
Why did the supermarkets wait until the shelves were bare before making limits?
Why didn't our esteemed leader - ScoMo - do something before it was too late?
This country is a train wreck -
if this is how it is before the epidemic really gets going then what will it be like in 2 months?
I did warn you! I also told you what to do! *shrug

That says it all.....Scumo reeks of incompetence and Chinese appeasement...… bloody disgrace...
How can he stand up in front of a whoremedia meeting and tell us all to go to the footy like he is going to.....
To discover those who rule over you, first discover those who you cannot criticize...Voltaire
Its coming...the rest of the world versus islam....or is it here already...

Bobby, that's why I've been quietly stocking up for 3 weeks. I have kids to think about.

I did warn you! I also told you what to do! *shrug
I followed the advice of ScoMo and other leaders - not to panic -
so I didn't stock up.
I was certain that the supermarkets would place limits on amounts
to stop their shelves from going bare.
I trusted the "very smart" people running this country to do the right thing.

They've been telling people not to panic but they have also been telling people to buy a bit extra every time they shop. So you weren't listening.

I'm wondering why the Chinese need SO MUCH toilet paper! To sell I guess! We've been told to buy a bit extra but only for a 2 week isolation period.
I read earlier that the government could step in and isolate people themselves. Something we've never seen before.

But did you really expect that the supermarkets would allow shoppers
to buy trolleys piled 2 meters high with dunny rolls?
I didn't - I saw the proof tonight on ABC TV.

I've got easly 2 weeks with normal meals but I reckon I have enough for 3 month on survival rations.
