How would you feel if someone close to you was raped, and the cops said "sorry, he's driving away, and we're not allowed to follow, or he might do something silly"?
They can run but they can not hide, the police will get them one way or another meanwhile Innocent people who have nothing to do with crime don't pay with their lives because you decided to get the crims no matter what.
Cops have a responsibility to keep these reckless arse holes off the roads, and frankly, they did their job in this case. It's just that the fucking hippies have made the judges so piss weak, they keep letting him back out to do it time and time again. "Oh, the poor dear had a rough upbringing! He didn't mean it." Sooner or later it was bound to catch up with someone, and look what happened, a family gone. Too late to lock him up now, your Honour.
You have a good point on this one, except "they did their job in this case" how about compulsory reeducation for 5 years ( or until we know you've changed) no ifs no buts not just for drivers but all other crims.
Some you can never change so they stay in jail.
I say that anyone caught drink driving,m works you get
or speeding 45 over the limit has their license automatically suspended, and they be given a bike license only for the next 5 years. If they're caught driving a car in that time, they get given a bike... bigger the better.
Drink driving is part of it but not the only contributor to road accidents, badly educated drivers is one, bad mechanics who say they fixed your car and done fuckall to fix it and give back to you to drive all over.local councils who put speed hunps and other so called calming devises in every street.Take look at the gutters around them you will see black marks from the tyres, drive into them a few times and you have a fucked up suspension and steering system.I'm sure you can add to this list.
I did one of the tyres in a car park once.
Go for it, dickheads, take yourselves out of the gene pool, once and for all... just don't take anyone with you
I second this one.
PS just think of the police who have to live with it for the rest of their lives.
