I just heard on the news that gas prices could shortly double and we only have stores for 35 days YET we have reserves (just in NSW alone) that would cover us for 174 years but can't tap it thanks to the Greens/ALP and those totally against fossil fuels.

Meanwhile small business are closing their doors.

Sometimes you just have to ask WHY...…
I read recently that Harley Davidson have recently released an electric powered motor cycle....
WHY.....
Are they insane....
Why would anyone buy a motor cycle that doesn't make any noise.....
If you are into motor cycles, I would have thought that, as the average petrol head loves the sound
a good HD, or Yamaha, or Honda, or Ducati makes......why in the name of Agostini would you buy
a fkn motor cycle that doesn't make any noise.....
Beats me....
And all this bullshit about being eco friendly...…
Where does the rubber come from for the tyres…..a rubber plantation...
Where does the steel come from to build the frame....iron ore maybe...dug up from below the earth...
What about the paint job..... petroleum based paints...
What about the fairings...…
What about the lithium for the battery...dug up maybe.....
I could go on......eco friendly my arse....its all bullshit...... :rofl

Lowe the muppet has left rates on hold again, due to (according to the talking heads) a booming real estate market etc....
Looks like the country is going gang busters.....
I suppose that's why there are still shops down the road which have been vacant for a year or two or three...
That's why a business which opened up three months ago on the corner has closed down and the joints empty...again...
That's why a mate of a mates mower business is going broke because there are no customers coming into the shop...
His turnover has gone down in recent months by over 50%...
People aren't even buying a whipper snipper these days...or a leaf blower...or whatever...…
With the school holidays looming...watch petrol go up soon.....
With Xmas just around the corner, watch the muppets go out and spend sqillions that they haven't got...…
And meanwhile, back at the ranch...the incompetence of off shore processing will cost us billions of dollars
and the Qld government will go broke due to the flood fiasco and the successful class action by over 6000
plaintiffs.....
And its still 11 years before we get our first sub built....
But I digress....
Yep....we're going gangbusters...…. :rofl :rofl :rofl

:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

.

ASX down 2.22% so far today - it's a stock market crash.
Err dopey it has rebounded!

Don't think Ill bother reading Yahoo News any more....seems to concentrate these days on soft porn....
Or maybe its just the editors incessant promotion of women which seems to have been occurring for years....
Seems the only way women can be empowered is for them all to show their arses to the world.....and to
dislike being women and attempt to be men by playing mens sports, drinking piss and getting tats...….
Aah well...either way...its all bullshit....

I just heard on the news that they are encouraging people to get the new digital drivers licence. Even though they say the government could track you and take pics with your camera. :WTF

Too bad if your phone gets stolen, lost or dropped too.

So then they advise you NOT to grab your phone to show the police if you get pulled over. Why? You might get fined $340 if you touch your phone when pulled over. So they say if you get pulled over to use your plastic licence. What's the point in all this?

Unbelievable!! *shakes head*

Govt tightens caffeine imports after man, 21, dies of overdose

Importers of high dose caffeine products have been put on notice after a young man died of an overdose.

The government has tightened Australian food regulations by banning the importation and sale of pure caffeine powder after 21-year-old Lachlan Foote died after drinking a protein shake with the caffeine equivalent of 50 cups of coffee.

Importers found to breach the laws could face up to 10 years in jail.

Oh yes, thank you Nanny Government. As each day goes by, I no longer have to use my common sense.

I see another 2 million Australian peasants are cost cutting by opting out of private health cover.
If we consider that a few million peasants are pensioners and a few million are children, then the 2 million
leaving private health cover, out of the remaining population, that's a sizeable percentage....
AND private health cover is going up again next year by 3.27 %
That's the way...keep screwing the peasants..... :rofl
I suppose in reality, we have to get the $18.8 billion we just spent on a concocted date on the calendar (Christmas)
from somewhere....
Maybe next week we'll all be driving on bald tyres….cant afford tyres...no money....pft…. :rofl

Why would anybody pay for Private Health cover? To be admitted to a Private Hospital? (is the food any better?) or get your own "Specialist"?

Medicare covers just about everything. If you are chronologically ill, sure Private Health might be an option, but you will still go into a Public Hospital and eat the crap they serve.

I have never heard of anybody having to sell their house for Chemo treatment!
