Re: Deportations
Deport them to the Outback. Leave them to the crocks.
The one that says the least can often have a very different perspective and hold the answer. The least qualified person may hold the most wisdom. When you don’t have knowledge or experience blocking your perspective, you can see problems and solutions.

A world free from the plague of Islam
A world that has never known the horrors of the cult of death.
My hope is that in time, Islam will be nothing but a bad dream

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... CADES.htmlAn elderly American conman allegedly scammed Centrelink for 30 years after using a sham baptism form to obtain an Australian birth certificate.
FBI fingerprint files have revealed the true identity of Sydney man Michael Boghdadi Asaad as convicted criminal Farouk Asaad, The Daily Telegraph reported.
The father-of-seven, who was deported from the US with an 18-year criminal record, is now being investigated after his application for an aged pension was rejected.
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal ruled the 79-year-old wasn't born in Australia and arrived using a passport in the name of Rick Michaels in 1985.
But Asaad remains on benefits because of his 1986 marriage to his Australian-born wife, according to the paper.
Asaad was reportedly given an Australian birth certificate in 1992 after claiming he was born in Tasmania and that fire destroyed his original certificate.
His convictions include fraud and heroin dealing, while he claimed $90,000 in Centrelink benefits between 2002 and 2009 which led to a 13-month jail sentence last year, the paper reported.
But he was still granted a bridging visa two years later and a permanent spousal visa in 2012.
'I give great weight to the conviction for identity fraud with respect to social security payments in the District Court of Queensland,' the Administrative Appeals Tribunal said in rejecting his application for an aged pension last month.
Immigration Minister Peter Dutton has now ordered a full report into Asaad.
Asaad is now going to fight deportation through the Supreme Court using taxpayer funds

It SHOUKD be no contest
Commit a crime, do the time, then get deported.
No iffs, no butts, straight onto a plane and out of Australia.
This needs to be a mandatory law
One the pathetic judges and disgusting lawyers cannot change or alter.

Re: Deportations
Well this guy was given more than a 12 month sentence and also obtained a supposed Australian birth certificate under false pretences. He was not born in Australia.
I object to him being able to use tax payer money for his defence in the Supreme Court.
He was deported here because of his fake Australian birth certificate from the US.
