And what is wrong with Oakeshott, Cods? Is it because he supported a minority Labor government? Appears to have done a good job. I suppose if Tone Rabbit had "sold his arse" as was suggested at the time, we could have had a Rabbit minority government...

He's a confidence trickster. He posed as a conservative to gain disaffected Nationals voters and then got in bed with the most incompetent PM Oz has ever had - Julia Gillard.

At what?
Betraying his electorate?
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

*SIGH* Another who believes the Tories' lies. Julia Gillard, despite heading a minority government passed all the legislation that her Government placed before the Parliament. The only people who push that lie is Tone Rabbit and his cronies. Julia Gillard was far more effective than most other PMs who regularly have legislation defeated in Parliament.

How did he "betray" anybody? He was put in place to represent his electorate, which he did quite well. He believe that Governments should be allowed to Govern. Therefore he supported the PM whom he had made an agreement to do just that. He didn't care that, that PM was from the ALP. When the ALP changed their leaders, he withdrew his support. He didn't like Rudd and he didn't like Rabbit. I can hardly blame him in either case.
