Labor and the Yogyakarta + 10

Post by Rorschach » Wed Oct 31, 2018 2:58 pm

Everyone needs to keep their eyes and ears open re the next Labor Party get together.
Yogyakarta + 10 is on the agenda for the radical Left in a big way to be part of the Labor Party Platform at the next election...

The Gay and LW radicals are at it re sex and redefining society yet again, Birth certificates without gender included, men and women allowed to participate in gender specific sports depending on what gender they feel they are, and compulsory Safe Schools gender fluidity Programs for all children in all schools.

Labor denies move to scrap gender from birth certificates

Bill Shorten says a government he leads would not erase gender from birth certificates, drivers licenses and passports.

The Daily Telegraph reports today a leaked final draft of Labor’s national policy platform embraces the “Yogyakarta Principles on the Application of International Human Rights Law in relation to sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and sex characteristics”.

Those principles were updated last year to advocate removing gender from identification documents. But Mr Shorten said today his government would keep the gender status quo.

“No, no … it’s nonsense, no plans to do that,” Mr Shorten told reporters in Melbourne today.

“The relative number of people who are trans is about 1200 people in Australia. That’s about one in every 200,000. That’s important for them but I just wonder why conservatives get so obsessed by other people’s sexuality.

“We’ve got no plans to change that (gender on documents).”

The Australian revealed last week that Tasmania is on the verge of becoming the first state to remove gender from birth certificates with the backing of Tasmanian Labor and the Greens.

It is a move that has united Christian and feminist groups in opposition.

The Daily Telegraph also reports that the draft ALP platform included 64 mentions of “sexual orientation”, 59 of “intersex”, 42 of “LGBTI”, 36 of “transgender”, 33 of “bisexual”, 31 of “lesbian”, 29 of “gay”, and 138 mentions of “gender”.

Labor seems to be chock full of people digressing to when everything was OK for hunters and gatherers and their life span was about 45 years.

WHY are they so enthralled with a person's sexuality? Is it any of their business what goes on behind closed doors?

NOBODY CARES what you do in your private life .... except the Leftards.

Provided it isn't against the Law .... who cares?

Oh, and cease and desist thinking The Government is going to make everything hunky dory. The Government are OUR employees .... WE pay their salaries. Pontificating on TV about this and that is NOT going to win them votes.

You lot (Coalition and Labor/Greens and Independents) were voted in because you PROMISED to do whatever. Bloody do IT.

These puffed up pricks really irritate me. I wouldn't walk across the road to meet one of them. Ditto TV "celebs" and etcetera.
