The ALP is not in coalition at all, except in your wild imagination, Mechie. Tsk, tsk, do you enjoy repeating your lies all the time? The ALP hates the Greens. They see them as a danger to their voting base. They will not enter a coalition with them - unless desperate.
I wonder why you ignore the long history of both major parties with mass immigration?
unbelievable Brian...
the Greens were in coalition wiht the last Federal Government... all they did was push Greens policies and shut australia down...
Evidence, Mechie? Where is your evidence there was any formal coalition agreement between the ALP and the Greens? Or you don't have any, do you?
the last Tasmanian Labor government were a coalition with the Greens and they were shutting Tasmania down with idiotic greens polices...
That was a decade or so ago, Mechie. I don't believe they "shut down" anything. They attempted to change the direction that Tasmania was intent on pursuing, nothing more.
Both times the people threw them back out again...
The people of Tasmania? Perhaps. I'll admit I don't follow Tasmanian politics all that much. Who does who doesn't live in the Apple Isle? Federally, the ALP lost because it had a highly effective opposition which publically opposed everything it did and used personal abuse of the then Prime Minister, Julia Gillard and of course you have the MSM under Murdoch which was opposed to a female PM. Tsk, tsk. The Greens had one seat in the House. It had IIRC two in the Senate. Hardly worth bothering with, really.
every time they do the polls each fortnight its two party preferred ...
So, why your concern about the Greens? They don't even get polled for, by your own admission. According to the pollsters, they're a minor party, which you've effectively admitted to.
in other words.. they show the figures of Greens preferences going to Labor...
the people
And the Nationals going to the Liberals. You appear unconcerned by the Nationals for some strange reason...
You do understand how the preferential voting system works, don't you, Mechie? It appears not. Too complicated for you simple mind?
