You wouldn't know shit from clay in my opinion!
But do carry on wanker!

It's all fact, the figures are correct and the information is easily found in the public parliamentary records.
If you lefty retards actually researched the lies and bullshit you love repeating maybe you wouldn't be known as such fucking dills.
It's very easy to find if you spend the time to look for facts and truth before asking the ALP and Greens what opinion you should have.
But do carry on thinking that you're making nice pottery from shit while having a wank.
Seriously, aren't you embarrassed about finding out the shit you spout are actual lies?

Just a couple of points....
A...If you earned $100 a week and tax was 10% you'd take home $90
B...If you earned $10 a week and tax was 10% you'd take home $9
If your cost of living was averaged at $5 per week; A has $85 in discretionary funds, B has $4... so YES those who earn more can afford to pay more tax.
Banking has become worse under privatisation then when the Commonwealth was the "people's" bank... we have effectively a cartel mentality running them.
Essential services should always remain in Government hands.
Electricity is more expensive these days and not just because of the RET. Governments taking dividends every year and handing costing decisions to non-elected bodies like IPART have made electricity much more expensive on a yearly basis.
FAIR is fair, and a fair go IS the Australian way.... or USED to be.
Governments should stick to being governments and providing essential services, not trying to govern our thoughts and creating nanny States. Stop wasting our money and start planning for the future as well as providing for us now.

The rebate is 30% of the PHI cost.
30% of 2.5 = 7.5 ?
No, $2.5Bn is what the govt gives for a rebate.
If the rebate is 30% of the cost of PHI, then the the total cost of PHI would be $7.5Bn
$2.5Bn is 30% of $7.5Bn.

My point was that
A...If you earned $100 a week and tax fell to 5% you'd take home an extra $5
B...If you earned $10 a week and tax fell to 5% you'd take home an extra $0.50
Cue Acoss, the Greens, the ALP, unions and other assorted screeching leftards "Wahhhhh unfair"

Your failure to understand simple arithmetic is your problem, not mine.
Leaving the figures aside, the PHI rebate is fuckall in the context of the expense of Medicare.
It helps keep the expense of Medicare lower than it would be without it.
Do you need math help with the CES vs JSA figures too?
