I saw the quotes but perhaps everyone here is not familiar with the character or the books? Have YOU read the books?

No.... but that is irrelevant so far here.
I do have 3 I intend reading.
It was obvious she wasn't his daughter, from this and the last movie.
Oh and the publicity for the movies and the books... no reading necessary.

Benedict Cumberbatch is great so is Tilda Swinton... 8/10
Better than the cartoon and the comic. :thumb :thumb

Bit out of date I'll admit .. but I finally watched 'Pirates of the Carribean' ... not bad, a few funny bits .. killed the battery in my laptop though.

I haven't seen that but noticed today that it was showing on the Kids stuff on Foxtel ....

Arrival... 5/10... slow, circular, predictable.... see it on DVD if you must.
Apparently the Director is doing the new Blade Runner... heaven help us all.

Just saw it. Really enjoyed it. I agree with an 8/10. Exceeded my expectation.

So, can we have a LINK to these movies so that we can read up on them? Please.

I have no desire to spend hours at HOYTS on Pensioner Days, so that I can sit and watch movies with other people who have nothing to live for. :mrgreen:
