Looks like someone famous but I cannot think who it is and I know you said "she" but it could be male or female.

She looks much like her dad, who is, or was, a blonde (now mostly bald). She claims to be gender fluid and is in a relationship with a model. The father is the lead singer of a very famous band and has an equally famous solo career.
