She is much younger than Clive.
I think from memory Clive assumed the father roll of giving his current wife away to his mate the first time round.

Not that this is an issue, though you would have thought she'd be more on his back about weight loss.

I reckon he wouldn't be a walk in the park to live with... he'd be hard work I reckon, so it probably suits her when he's away on business.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clive_Palmer

He was born on 26 March, 1954 in Melbourne.
Personal life and health

Palmer was married to his first wife, Susan, for 22 years; the couple had a son and a daughter.[63] Susan died from cancer in 2005, and Palmer remarried in 2007, to Anna (formerly Topalov), who had been widowed the previous year. Clive Palmer was close friends with Anna's husband Andrew Topalov, who died from melanoma. Palmer actually walked Anna down the aisle to her first wedding with Topalov after her parents could not make the wedding. Twenty years his junior, after the shared tragedy and long term friendship Palmer married Anna.[64] The couple's first child, a daughter, was born the following year, and a second daughter was born in December 2013.[65] Palmer is a devout Roman Catholic, and was a prominent member of Right to Life Australia while at university, organising anti-abortion rallies on campus.[4][5]

While watching a soccer game in October 2009, Palmer was thought to have suffered a heart attack, and was taken to hospital. However, doctors dismissed it as merely a heart palpitation.[66] Palmer has also suffered from sleep apnoea.[67]

I dunno about that BO, just the thought of doing calisthenics with slimy old Clive renders me feeling quite ill.

Clive looks like he is going to burst at any minute. According to Wiki he has sleep apnoea, that could explain why he falls asleep during the day (and in Parliament). He certainly doesn't look well.

His wife is quite attractive and probably a good few years younger than him - so it's a possibility that she doesn't care that much, otherwise she would have nagged him mercilessly until he lost weight. After seeing him on Kitchen Cabinet - it seems that he keeps himself so occupied with his various activities that he has little or no time for his family.
...or his health sadly.

Clive has "evaporated" ... as I said, he was about to burst. :rofl :rofl Aussie backed a dead horse.
JUST 18 months after the Palmer United Party rose to power, claiming three federal Senate spots and a Lower House seat, its support base appears to have evaporated.

Self-declared billionaire Clive Palmer’s party was expected to poll less than 4 per cent of yesterday’s Queensland vote and not win a single seat.

The party had already lost its only two sitting Queensland MPs, with Carl Judge and Alex Douglas both quitting last year.

Mr Palmer was largely absent from the 2015 campaign, leaving most of the talking to his new Queensland leader John Bjelke-Petersen, who was running in the seat of Callide.

The maverick leader, who was spotted campaigning on the Sunshine Coast yesterday distributing how-to-vote cards at polling booths, declared his party was not dead.

“We’ll be here forever. We’ve got as many members as the LNP in Queensland,” Mr Palmer said.

“We’ve been increasing and they’ve been diminishing.

“We also hold the balance of power in Australia and that’s a significant position, so we’ve been able to deliver a lot of things in the last six months that otherwise wouldn’t have happened.”

Palmer dead in the water

If the yabbies don't eat him quick smart, a carcass that big will putrify the water.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?
