Oh puhlease Skippy real photos that show something more than lighting effects...
Anyhoo aside from your circus sideshow childishness we have this opinion which largely agrees with me from the Drum and other LW prog ABC site.
Given this reality, a hypothetical PM Bishop would not be spared any of the gendered opprobrium that was levelled at Gillard, particularly if Bishop was to incur the wrath of the left with unacceptable policies on, say, asylum seekers or climate change.
Granted, Bishop has proven to be personable if not charming, a diligently hard worker, and in possession of a sharp mind when it comes to mastering departmental briefs. Yet Gillard also displayed those qualities as deputy Labor leader, but they dissipated under the combined pressures of difficult politics, bad decisions and destabilisation from Kevin Rudd.
Gillard may still have prevailed if it had not been for the added burden of sexism directed at her by elements of the Australian community and media. The combination of those factors led to Labor's electoral defeat.
The same pitfall awaits Bishop if she were ever to become PM.
I however do not subscribe to the misogyny crap and it's everyone elses fault. The public have memories and they won't take the risk IMO.

So you can't produce a link that says the Bishop story was a beat up, why didn't you just admit it instead of lying?

So is that the question you are asking me now?

you have heard of radio and tv haven't you and you do know I can't read News limited right... you are such a disingenuous prick sometimes Skippy.
My quote...Yet non-biased
media sources say the article is an attempted beat-up and that Robb going on the trip is not unusual.
I actually heard those ones on tv, but someone told me Laurie Oakes said something inferring just that today.

Bishop has always had total confidence, I am not sure where you get your "Suddenly she thinks she could do the job better than him". Maybe that is just silly incoherent Tony hatred as per usual. There was no precedent set by the last government at all. The only precedent set was what a bunch of silly clowns they were. She is in with a chance because the party is not divided like leftist parties are and she is made of the first real female PM material we have had in this country unlike that Gillard side show. Abbott would probably graciously hand over the position should she rise to the occasion unlike Rudd and Gillard fighting to the death of both their careers and their parties. Not everyone carries on like the rabid hate filled left.
