Lying at Job Interviews

Post by AiA in Atlanta » Wed Oct 08, 2014 2:36 am

Job interviews are structured in such a way that one must lie ... at least at first until you get to talk to the real players. Any thoughts?

Yeah, you can't exactly tell the truth and expect to make it past the first round ...

You have to exaggerate at times, but only if you believe you can do the job. Telling outright lies about your capabilities can get you into trouble.

I'm a terrible liar. But then I don't think I've ever had a job where an interview was necessary, so far. It's always working for someone who already knows me, or I come recommended :?
