The Attorney General claims it is needed to wipe out bikie Extortion practice.

However the Attorney General has personally acted to stop Government employees ( SPER and Local Government) charged with Extortion, ever see the inside of a Court.

The Attorney General is using his Ministerial position to bar the Courts from hearing Extortion charges, and so protects those in his favour from facing Criminal prosecution.

Two separate Adjudicators, plus Counsel for Treasury, Deputy Head of Treasury, Solicitor for Treasury, Director of Main Roads, Director of SPER, Registrar SPER,Government employees, have filed or been video taped wanting to further proceed in the Magistrate Court criminal hearing!

This matter just gets more intriguing every day!

Its interesting times, we have a political minister declaring persons he not like to be criminal and suffer mandatory solitary confinement until they prove they are not.

The flip side of the minister is the protection he provides to those the Administration tribunal has found to be criminal.

No solitary and no court for them, they have obviously paid the minister enough or have some potent blackmail to make him stop any courts from hearing the criminal charges against those paying or blackmailing him.

Like I've been saying for years now, government is the original extortion racket.
A regime where one group of individuals makes up a set of rules that don't apply to themselves, and gives them authority to take money and/or resources from everybody else.

What these self righteous hypocrites forget is that politics and demography change, and so when political rivals or enemies become the government, those enemies can prosecute
the former government.
