Righto Rawsack, lecture time .. If you want to debate me on this topic, by all means please do so. But if you
can't present a valid case or even so much as an analogy to support your argument/position or perspective, you
make it hard for me to take you seriously. And my dark side will intellectually crush you like a bug.

The impression I get is you just want to argue for the sake of it because I dented your sensitive ego when I
refered to you as a phuken idiot in another thread. If you're that thin skinned, I cannot help you. Just
wonder why you frequent a place where polite decorum is not required?

Hopefully this doesn't skew the thread off topic for too long, but for clarity's sake, I derogatorilly assaulted
your intellect because your claim was absurd. Let me set you straight concerning communism, or rather communists,
in Australian political parties.

Your claim that the Greens was founded by Communists is fantasy. The Labour Party (later phonetically Americanised
to Labor) was founded by communists. The greens, like the Liberal party was founded on free market principles,
restricted only by sustainable developement and social justice in the belief it is the only way to get the public
to pay for their desired agendas, conservation being the prime goal.

You are far more likely to see a Democrats (founded by fed Lib MP Don Chip because NSW state Lib Askin govt was
embarrassingly corrupt) party member wearing a Che Guvera T-shirt than A Greens member. I don't know if the Dems
still exist. Meg Lees and Cheryl Kernot sold out, sweet Natasha looks out of her depth, and purple Bartlet drifted
to the Greens when they were deregistered in Qld for lack of party members.

Might surprise you to learn that the Queensland Greens is actually a corporation. Incorporation allows you to
write your own charter and constitution. Each branch has autonomy and can be disenfranchised by the state party.
State parties are affiliated federally but remain separate entities, that can be disenfranchised by National Council.
Communists on the other hand mainly congregated in the Democratic Socialist Party or Socialist Alliance.
SA absorbed DSP about ten years ago.

In my not particularly humble opinon the danger with the Greens is not communists, it's vegetarians. And AFAIK it's
strongest or most intense in NSW. In my experience vegetarians are not reasonable or trustworthy, just ineffectual
idealists and zealots on a crusade to make everybody adopt their food related mental illness.

Most Greens party members don't know of the affiliation of the party with the psuedo religious moonbat feral hippy
group, The Rainbow Family. Except in Japan, where both are so marginalised they are a united entity or sole body.
Generally, 'Rainbows' are recognisable as old hippies or middle aged and young ferals, with dreds, face metal and
effeminate voices. Some vote and some don't, but most like waving placards at protests.

If you want to see for yourself how out of touch with reality the religious wing of the Greens is, research online,
or hang around Byron Bay or Nimbim, or visit the Rainbow Temple at Rosebank, to get yourself along to a Rainbow
Gathering. If you can, learn their language and subculture, if not just observe, de-evolution in motion.

Actually you wrote in this very site that the 'Greens party' was founded by communists.
To which I replied that you are a 'phuken idiot'

Tim Wilson: Queensland's anti-bikie law 'violates rights'
http://www.theaustralian.com.au/nationa ... 797686057#
INCOMING Human Rights Commissioner Tim Wilson has called for the conservative Queensland government's anti-bikie legislation to be repealed.

Mr Wilson, appointed to the role by the Abbott government last month, said he was "deeply concerned" by the application of the laws' anti-association principles.

"No doubt some bikies are criminals, but that does not justify making free association illegal," he said in a written statement released yesterday.

"Based on the media reports of the use of these laws it appears that they are deliberately being used to make examples of individuals who are not engaged in other criminal conduct.

"I have deep concerns about the consistent application of these laws and how some individuals appear to be treated once charged, including punishment of criminals because of public comments by their family members.

"The Queensland anti-bikie laws are inconsistent with an individual's right to freely associate and should be repealed."

The Newman government's anti-bikie laws include an amendment to Queensland's Criminal Code making it illegal for three or more members or participants of a criminal organisation to "knowingly" associate in public.

The Australian yesterday published an interview with Tracy Carew, whose husband was charged and detained under the laws for delivering a pizza to his brother-in-law and boss - both Rebels members - at the Yandina pub, on the Sunshine Coast.

Ms Carew said her husband, Joshua Shane Carew, had never been a Rebel and had been placed in solitary confinement ahead of a March hearing.

She said he had been banned from seeing her and could no longer telephone her, restrictions she feared were from speaking publicly about the plight of the so-called Yandina Five.

However, Queensland's Acting Attorney-General David Crisafulli said the new anti-bikie laws made the state "a safer place for everyone".

"The kind of association we want to see protected is the right for business owners to operate without fear of extortion, or for a group of people to go to a cafe without being caught up in the middle of a war between rival gangs," Mr Crisafulli said.

"These laws prevent criminal motorcycle gangs from using their numbers to intimidate the community as they seek to sell drugs, launder money and extort businesses."

Nearly 500 people have been arrested since the crackdown began.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

As the law presently stands one cannot line up to vote or attend church. Its an offence not to vote and a sin not to attend church, this law is pure work of the Devil.

I really can't see these laws holding up to appeal. They are pretty much the definition of "guilt by association" :|
