No, not at all, it's just I'm a firm believer in there being at least two sides to a story.

:Hi ...

Depending on your political lean.... either Obama is saint or fraudster himself.

The Australian solution:

"Some Australians watching the US federal government shutdown unfold will be feeling a sense of deja vu – that is, those old enough to have lived through the supply crisis of November 1975, when the Australian government also shut down."

It reminds me of Australias controversial Carbon tax dispute.... whereby Labor wanted to push dodgy un-Australian and undemocratic legislation through the senate unopposed, (they had the advantage of a Green senate) whereby Liberals disapproved.

Obamacare is worse than I thought, and if anyone is silly enough to believe it's an inclusive, humane, Australian inspired Medicare-like socially responsible health care package should really take another look at it.

It's a disgrace, socially irresponsible and dangerous.

It's geared towards handing more of the financial responsibility of low-income Americans health care requirements over to private health insurance companies, many of which aren’t even American companies and could fold offshore unbeknown to those who have purchased insurance.

Obamas "globalist" health care reform is doomed to fail right from the start.

Imagine presenting with a sick loved one at an American hospital Emergency department only to find that you are no longer covered/insured as the health insurance company (the best you could afford at the time under Obamas new compulsory health insurance scheme) had been wound-up in Bangladesh the day before?

Obama has loosened the criteria in terms of who may provide Americans with health insurance, and not to make it more affordable and competitive, but to relinquish the US government of it's responsibility to their uninsured/under-insured
citizens.

After years of promotion, lobbying and political wrangling, health insurance exchanges are opening for business today across the country as part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Under the health care overhaul, people without health insurance are mandated to purchase coverage from private insurers or face a penalty. Coverage for enrollees is set to begin January 1, 2014.

The insurance exchange launch is a milestone in a process that, in the guise of “reform,” has been aimed at funneling billions of dollars into the coffers of the private health insurers and slashing costs for the government and corporations. In the end, it will leave tens of millions uninsured and others with vastly deteriorated medical services.
According to the Congressional Budget Office, the health care overhaul will leave an estimated 31 million people—about a tenth of the US population—uninsured by 2023. Undocumented workers and their families are barred from purchasing coverage on the exchanges. Due to a “family glitch” in the law, businesses are only required to provide “affordable” insurance to their employees, not to their employees’ families, so those family members will not receive subsidies to purchase coverage on the exchanges.

Ironically...The World Socialist Web Site has told the truth about the health care reform from the beginning of the debate and warned of its reactionary nature.

http://www.wsws.org/en/articles/2013/10 ... s-o01.html

Yet American Liberals (their left gullible Democrat supporters) who are endorsing Obamacare seem to have missed this.

Think about it... Americas supposedly 'socialist' Democrats health reform 'Obamacare' is being opposed by their own grass-roots socialists orgs.

It seems when it comes to Obamacare, the Republicans concerns are valid and even supported by the Democrats own 'leftard' think tanks such as the ICFI.

Australian 'leftard' media are reporting this affair incorrectly, are claiming the Republican controlled senate are responsible for the US government shut-down because they are heartless and wont approve funding of Obamas signature health care reform which they claim will insure millions who are currently uninsured.

See here...

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2013-10-01/u ... re/4991400

The truth is, the Republicans wont back Obamacare because it's a socially flawed and fiscally irresponsible reform.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2 ... s/2880197/

The above two links provide both sides of the argument.

Pity our biased ABC wouldn’t.

:roll

Whats more...

a company with a $1.2 billion Obamacare contract is under investigation for serious fraud.

Read more: http://dailycaller.com/2013/09/30/compa ... z2gbsQHgvi

The day Obamacare exchanges open, the US government shuts down.

It's doomed from the start!

Of course, Obama will blame Republicans for the shut-down , but after having read the above, I think it's clear the failures start with Obama himself.

The egotistical opportunistic prick wants his signature health care reform, and has refused to take advise from his own ranks, and will stick his fingers in his ears and stamp his feet until he gets it.

Who is Obama really serving?

Certainly not the American people he pledged to thats for sure.

Of course they're oblivious, their media's more biased and controlled than ours even.

:roll

They would only be getting two sides of the story.... Obamas, and Obamas.

Of course it's not anything like our health care system. It's fucking America, and they're so insanely scared of anything that the woo-woo brigade (that's you, btw, melbark) can convince the tea-party nutters is "socialist", that an Australian type health care system would stand no chance of getting approval. So you can thank the right wing nutbaggery, rife in the USofA, for the bastardised system that Obama was forced inflict on the people, as the least worst option that they would accept.

Oh, and you can also blame them for not wanting to pay a decent rate of tax, despite being the richest nation on Earth for decades. Selfish cun.ts.
