Should the incoming Government do a search of outgoing Penny Wong office and retrieve from concealment the gift given to the people, and hand it on to the Clerk of Parliament so he may put it on display, and let the Australian people its owner decide what to do with it?

The gift given to the people in 2007 was the simple device by which CO2 or other low thermal gas energy is converted by use of a piston or turbine action.

The purpose of this is to decrease the heat need and the Carbon emission in the making of electricity. By radically reducing the cost of electricity manufacture decreases, plus the enjoyment increases of lifestyle now so based on the need for electricity.

Urban power comes on line at -10*C and the need of Steam at +550*C for base load power 350 megawatts is reduced to +50*C if captured Carbon is used in its place. Plus lakes full of cooling water can instead go to peoples drinking water supplies.

The free market has always been the most cost effect means of achieving anything. To conceal from them sends a very clear message Government does not want them to it put into use.

The Carbon tax only reduces the amount of electricity we can afford it not reduce the Carbon one jot. Its prime purpose is ensure power companies do not have the money to complete the conversion they put millions into, plus the punter put in a further $2 Billion, only to have their investment and good work wiped like a dirty bum eight years before the Carbon target being reached. Sounds like Coal threat of advertising has been well and truly heard by Government.

Coalition removal of the Carbon Tax puts conversion money back into the pocket of power companies but it does not provide them anything with which to proceed.

Its not as if Greg Hunt is not fully across it, records of Parliament don't lie, and Greg Hunt should never tape people he personally phones in case they are recording him back!

From what I have seen of Dennis Lee his work is with heat pumps, which can easily be seen as working as its nothing less than how fridge works! Our work deals with heat engines not heat pumps!

I start the proof process you ask for by first getting you to get Kevin Rudd, Penny Wong and Greg hunt to deny they have knowledge of it.

As for technical matters we reserve ourselves for those who at least have minimum of knowledge in physics, refrigeration process and the behaviour of CO2. We have better thing to do than play games with people who wish to waste our time.

I think someone invented a water-powered car 50 or so years ago, and more recently, there’s been renewed interest and development in what some argued was an urban legend until now.
