Not in our lifetime, although Labor if they ever get a chance to lead might eventually present an Asian or Muslim leader. For the next few years under this neo-conservative, religious and almost mute Abbott government we will step back in time - possibly to the early 20th century. All native and reserve land will be sold off to miners, unions will be black banned and the basic wages of the plebs will be reduced dramatically. Deforestation will be ramped up. Hunters will have carte blanche over tourists and the live export trade will become self regulated.

Taxes will increase for the ordinary working folk, while the wealthy are given extra subsidies and tax breaks.

We're in for a dark time in Australian history.
