According to the AEC, Evans is still the Registered Officer of the One Nation Party.

He can hold multiple positions.
If you looked at the website he's there as Secretary not president and was president from back around 2001.
BTW I'm not the one requiring settling.

Ulrich Mehnert was One Nations WA State President ..... not so sure if he is now, though from the information lodged with the AEC, (quite recent) there has been an attempt to have him named as ON's Registered Officer. ..But Evans insisted he was still ON's Registered Officer....so the AEC more or less told them to fight it out amongst themselves, and advised they (the AEC) weren’t in the business of sorting out their party squabbles.

I was merely exploring the dynamics of the party you raised... and given it's Registered Officer (who is by your own admission a fool....) ...what’s the point of voting ON when the party itself is an absolute shambles?
