No proof as usual - just propaganda and personal attacks. It's no surprise you were given a hiding on OP yesterday and banned for the umpteenth time. You couldn't debate your way out of a wet paper bag.
I'm not here to debate. The left would vote for child molesters, so theres no point trying to educate you and change your minds. Im here to rub your fucking noses in your shit choice of govt

Personal proof. I shifted manufacturing operations to China where there no carbon tax, cheaper labour and cheaper materials. More money in my pocket, less jobs here.

Truth is hard for the left to swallow.
Your inability to swallow is probably why your husband left you

Irony.

It's the socialists using market forces, while the capitalists want to leave it to the government to take direct action.

Using market forces to implement a socialist tax doesn't make the tax any more legitimate

yes it is a simple question... for simpletons.
I note no other questions have been answered as yet.
Ideologues never get it right.
A tax may affect demand.
But that doesn't mean it will solve the problem.
Especially when the effect is so minor.

There are other effects as well...

In the words of the Australian Climate Change Commissioner... If all emissions were stopped today it could take up to 1000 years before any change was noticed.
"If the world as a whole cut all emissions tomorrow, the average temperature of the planet's not going to drop for several hundred years, perhaps over 1000 years,"

Of course such an answer takes in no consideration of any other changes technological or otherwise that may occur...

Read that quote again Roschach. It is not saying what you think it is.

Tony Abbott made the same basic error of interpretation. I believe this was deliberate. He is not actually an economic simpleton. He is just pretending to be to appeal to people like you. You want to believe for example that your interpretation of that quote is correct, but a little thought should be enough to show that it is not.

You really shouldn't put down people who are probably smarter than you fd.

I remember wasting a great deal of time re voting systems with you and you never got that either.
I think my English is good enough to understand what he said and meant.

What else would it be saying? It's pretty clear cut but hearing the wild spin you will attribute to it should be good for a mild chuckle

Here you go, a lesson in basic English. I even drew a picture for you.
