Do we want her back?

Once she serves her imprisonment we have no choice but to take her back and she will be a mental health nightmare I'm sure. PTSD oozing through all rational neuron pathways.

I reckon that the best place for Corby is right where she is. What say ye about that alleged eminent Psychiatrist who, two years ago, said that the demise of Corby was imminent, huh?

Aussie, I am not suggesting that she should come back here to serve her sentence. She did the crime in Bali so she must answer to their criminal codes. Let her serve her time there. As to her mental health? It's in ruins and it doesn't matter if she is here or there, it would still be in ruins.

Who knows what her mental health is like? She's playing to the cameras... has been since she got busted

A telemovie is being made about Corby and it is wrong. Yes she broke the law, but she appears to have gone insane and needs professional help more than anything. She's been exploited when she's in no position to say no.
No-one cares about her because she comes from a rough family with a dodgy background. She's being used as an example for what? Her incarceration certainly hasn't slowed down the pot trade and it's still rampant here and in Bali.
She was used as a political sacrifice to suit the agenda of both Indonesia and the govt. at the time.
LONG before the cameras start rolling on the Schapelle Corby movie, the film has already left the convicted drug trafficker's family and supporters aghast. Not even talk of Hollywood A-lister Abbie Cornish taking on the central character has managed to impress the Corby clan, chiefly sister Mercedes.
''They are furious, absolutely furious that the film is being made … it is based on a book they say paints Schapelle in the wrong light,'' a confidant of the family told PS this week. That book is Sins of the Father: The Untold Story Behind Schapelle Corby's Ill-fated Drug Run, written by Fairfax Media investigative journalist Eamonn Duff.
Channel Nine has commissioned a telemovie based on the book, due to air next year. PS hears a sizeable chunk of the budget has been set aside to hire a marquee actor to take on the role of Schapelle.

She was just "young and naive", poor thing /sarc
Honestly, why are they making a movie about it? Who the hell is Abbie Cornish?

Just googled Abbie Cornish.
They're making a movie about her because it will bring in money. I doubt it will help Corby much.

Cornish is supposed to be an A-Lister Hollywood star? Never heard of her. She will have to dye her hair or wear a wig.
What a boring movie it will be. I guess that some people will to out of curiosity. Yawn!
