What makes you say that, moron?

Actually, the PPM for an incumbent PM don’t matter too much. The PPM and approval figures for a LOTO do matter and Tone’s are at a level where he just cannot win next year. They are all still declining too.

:huh

I thought you knew everything about everything political JM.

What 2nd longest serving PM had disastrous PPM results whilst in opposition?
How many Opposition leaders actually have had better PPm results than the incumbent?

oh dear... my image of you is now shattered... you've been lying to me JM. :du

You have some links to back that up?

Howard had 18% in the 1980s, his run for PM was 16 years later.

Anything real?

Keating had low approval in '93, but won, but he was already PM.

That's ok, considering your climate change denial I doubt you have the balls to fess up to this either...

So Howard 18% in 1980s says something about his run in ’96?

And that is all you can dredge up?

I'm sorry that you are in denial yet again, we were talking about PPM polls and Howard our 2nd longest serving PM was at "18%" and you yourself said Keating was behind in that poll yet both won the election... like I said it's NOT the poll that counts... 2 party preferred is a better indicator.

Unfortunately for you and other rusted-ons who seem to be blind to the reality of how truly bad the last 2 Labor governments have been they have been way behind in that poll.

Keating was a PM, that is why he won in ’93 despite low PPM and approval figures.

1996 Howard had good PPM/aproval because the public loathed Keating and Howard made himself both a small target and a boring and safe option.

The point I made stands.

Abbott’s figures are so low he cannot win in 2013. I have put $500 on Labor winning in 2013.
