Go to Canberra tomorrow for my new mystery Laptop paid for by a Company as a bit extra fringe benefit for some work I did for them overseas. A bit of humour in that they won't tell me what kind it is. Best things in life are free. So I don't think I'll be around here Sunday. Might go see that Pompeii Exhibition while I'm there.

I bought my 12 year old a macbook for Christmas $1500, and a Samsung phone $600.

I found the macbook pure pleasure to set up, so I am leaning more towards buying myself a macbook.

The thing is, I would rather buy her technology + holidays + dancing than myself any new tech, so I'll probably just end up buying myself a chrome book. Lol


I need something secure, for a couple of unfinished manuscripts.

I dream of becoming the next generation JK Rowling, but have a long ways to go before I can see myself even coming close.
