But if you care to debate further
Pray, what facility in Australia, nay, the world has the capability of reducing commercial gas into a solid?
And, more importantly, what would it be used for pray Tell?
It's rather pointless doing something if it serves no useful purpose.
Have a look at
solid hydrogen in wikipedia.
It would be useful for the transportation of Hydrogen which could be released into it's gaseous form. As it was achieved for the first time in 1899, it is old knowledge - gases can be made liquid and then solid. Science Fiction authors have suggested that it would be possible to build with solid hydrogen has a building material on planets which are cold and dense. It can also possibly have used as an electrical conductor for superconducting purposes.

"Could" "can" "would"
This is not the question
It is also theoretically possible to compress gas into singularity, but it's never been done
I repeat

Solid hydrogen was created in 1899, Valkie. That is over 119 years ago. I believe we have the capability to undertaken the creation of solid hydrogen in the laboratory. Commercial quantities is another matter, I agree but it would be possible with work and development of the process.

You really don't like losing do you.
What commercial application is available, at this time, in Australia or the world?
Possible, can, may, perhaps
None of this answered the question,
Nada again bwyannnnnnn

All this because the troll thinks Dr Google can answer all his questions and make him look edumucated.
When one works in THE REAL WORLD a lot of the theoretical stuff is simply ignored for a more practicable approach.
I'll even bet he has no idea what the cap on a radiator actually does, other than keeping the fluid in.
Go bwyannnnnnnn
get on Dr Google again and see what you come up with.
Then we can discuss superheated steam and it's functional applications and dangers.
Oooh this is fun.

I'll be your friend
But I'm nothing special.
I just enjoy proving that pompous, narcissistic, bombastic, know it all's, really don't know it all.
Even with Dr Google.

I knew about solid Hydrogen before you had even heard of it. Oh, dearie, dearie, me. Such ignorance on you, the know-it-all. Tut, tut.

Yeah.....sure ya did.
And unless you knew about it over 30 years ago, missed again.
That's when I did my degree.
And again, without being overly repetitively telling you.
The whole thing was about practical application
Not theoretical could, would, possibly or maybe.
But it's ok, even Einstein got it wrong occasionally.
The atomic bomb threw a spanner in the works on that one.
Tut tut little troll
Try again, and keep on trying.
