Rude people

Rude people are often insecure, have a negative self image or feel threatened.
They are not interested in listening to other peoples ideas if it differs from their own.
They will grow or change slowly if at all. Any change to them means they were 'wrong' before, not that they can be 'better' in the future.

Their knee jerk response is to be rude and fault find in anyone and everything else.

People get sick to death of other rude and annoying people

After a while even the most altruistic people have to say, enough is enough.

After a while you get sick to death of giving and never receiving.

It's not always because they are insecure
Sometimes they are unjust fed up.
