I am confused by the whole thread.....I am new you see..

I am not eligible to vote

if fd holds the winning hand... then surely it isnt a number cruncher..

who on earth would not step aside if the majority of members voted them out saying HEY WE DONT WANT YOU!..

I MEAN WHO DOES THAT?
I will give you one guess who did that cods?
I have no problem with this petition, I am an ex admin myself and it applies to the likes of me.
Only those afraid of majority rules democracy would be afraid of this.

I have no problem at all with the thrust of the petition either Skip, it was just the wording that I questioned. My understanding is that FD is the only person who can remove the control from an existing EL by simply removing their access to the moderator capability. Therefore the flow should be:

Existing members raise a vote of no confidence in the exisiting EL
A petition to FD is made to remove the existing EL
Concurrent to that, an election for a new EL is made
FD is requested to transfer control of EL function fro the incumbent to the new EL
The "old El" is ruled ineligible to stand for any moderator position or even banned from PA

Regards,

Wayne
I have no issue with adding the procedure to remove a stubborn stain to the clause.
I didn't do so because that needs express consent from Freediver to include him in the clause.

Ask Freediver if he will agree to do as the constitution will say if he is added to it, then copy the whole clause here including this addition for full disclosure and agreement

It's unfortunate that this has to be added as every election except for two have been a peaceful exchange of powers.
The forum and posters/members shouldn't have to be subjected to unfettered threats, bans and discarding of process as happened before.

Aussie did.
If Donald Trump is so close to the Ruskis, why couldn't he get Vladimir Putin to put novichok in Xi Jjinping's lipstick?

Re: Referendum to unban mantra - Locked

Didn't know Mantra was banned.

Mantra may not be the sharpest tool in the box, but I've never seen her do anything worthy of a banning.

I'd have voted to end the exile too.

The Constitution, as it is currently written, was used by Aussie & Co after Freediver tossed him out to get Aussie's replacement unseated and generally cause trouble, so the Constitution was ignored so we could move on from that nightmare. But now, you see, we want to refine it and make it really useful and am asking your help to do so.

Yes cods, Aussie treated the Constitution with contempt by using it as a blunt instrument to beat PA members into submission. That is why FD tossed him out, you see. We want to make sure no one can ever do that again.

This was just quoted by Aussie in Relationshits to start a new topic.... SEWER CONSTITUTION.

A bit annoying if he reads everything here even after being banned. Who is feeding him or does he have access?
