"More than a hundred students at a private boy's school in Sydney have already received a coronavirus vaccine, despite it only being officially available to those over 40.
The principal of St Joseph's College in Hunters Hill on the lower north shore confirmed 160 of its students were vaccinated with their first dose of Pfizer in May 2021.
Headmaster Ross Tarlinton said in a statement the college liaised with NSW Health about getting certain students vaccinated.
The approval and administration of the vaccine was endorsed and managed by NSW Health through the Sydney Local Health District.
The College proceeded to make arrangements for the administration of the approved vaccine at a centre determined by NSW Health."

On June 23, a Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advisory committee said there was a likely association between the risk of heart problems in young people and the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
The boy from Michigan enjoyed Pokemon...the boy in Singapore
was lifting heavy weights in the gym....
I guess step one is not to do either of the above....

Rumour has it that certain students may.....just may...have been
from rich and famous families...
That wouldnt happen, now would it...
Oh and by the way...another rumour is that some of the students
may....just may have been of indigenous descent, and could have been
returning from school to their "remote" communities.....and could have spread
the virus amongst the vulnerable....
Umm...
Does that ruling apply to every person of indigenous descent....
OR just those from Joeys....

NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard has conceded the state may have to learn to live with the Delta variant circulating in the community if residents do not heed the medical advice.

“I think at some stage, if the individuals that we need don’t hear Dr Chant’s message and don’t respond, then at some point we’re going to move to a stage where we’re going to have to accept that the virus has a life which will continue in the community,” he told reporters.

Nevertheless, Minister Hazzard insisted health authorities were still working hard to ensure the suppression of the virus.

“We’re trying damn hard at the moment to make sure that we can use every effort to suppress that virus, and right now is a critical time,” he said.

“We’ve used that expression a number of times, but I can’t tell you, as Health Minister, just how critical it is at the moment, particularly for the community in south-west Sydney, Canterbury-Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool.

“Understand that your individual actions may well determine the future of this virus in our community.”
